Breaking: Fani Willis’ Anti-Trump Scheme Blown Wide Open—Records Must Be Surrendered!

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis just took another massive legal hit—this time from Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney, who has ordered her to cough up key records related to her communications with Special Counsel Jack Smith. And here’s the kicker: Willis initially denied these records even existed—until, surprise, legal pressure forced her to admit otherwise.

The ruling stems from a lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch, a watchdog group that sought to expose whether Willis had been coordinating with Smith, the Biden administration’s attack dog tasked with prosecuting President Donald Trump. Judicial Watch requested all documents and communications between Willis, Smith’s office, and the January 6th Committee, a Democrat-run circus that spent years trying to criminalize Trump’s presidency.

Willis’s first response? Nothing to see here, folks! She flat-out claimed there were no records. But then Judicial Watch won a default judgment against her, forcing her to backtrack and admit that—whoops!—her office actually had 212 pages of relevant documents.

Now, Judge McBurney is forcing her to hand them over. Under his ruling, Willis has five business days to turn over the records for court review. And she’s not getting off easy—she must also submit a sworn affidavit explaining how her office actually conducted its search, including who searched what, whether personal cell phones were checked, and why she previously lied about these records existing.

McBurney stopped short of appointing a special master (for now) but left open the possibility if Willis tries any more games. If any of the records were improperly withheld, Willis will have to explain herself through an ex parte filing under seal—essentially, a legal confession.

This ruling is just the latest in a series of embarrassing defeats for Willis. Let’s not forget that in December, the Georgia Court of Appeals disqualified her from the Trump case, citing serious ethical concerns over her secret relationship with Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor she handpicked for the case. Even though there was no direct evidence of financial misconduct, the court ruled that the affair tainted the integrity of the prosecution.

To make matters worse, the Georgia Senate recently passed a new bill allowing Trump and other defendants to seek reimbursement for legal fees if a prosecutor is disqualified for misconduct.

With her Trump case falling apart, her gang trial failures, and new investigations into Stacey Abrams, it’s clear that Fani Willis’s days as the Democrats’ golden prosecutor are numbered.
