Trump Opens Door to Extreme Measure for Mass Deportations and Liberals are Losing It

President Trump isn’t just fighting the swamp—he’s outthinking it. During a Cabinet meeting on Wednesday, Team Trump took a well-earned victory lap, highlighting achievements on everything from a booming economy to a border crackdown that’s actually working. But of course, the media couldn’t resist being, well, the media.

Instead of real questions, liberal reporters pestered the administration with nonsense about MS-13 thug Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Because apparently what we really need to know right now is how the president feels about one specific gang member. Seriously?

But then—finally—a real journalist stood up and brought the heat with a question that actually matters: What is President Trump going to do about the army of activist judges sabotaging his immigration agenda with endless injunctions? It’s the same tired trick: unelected radicals in black robes throwing wrenches into everything from border security to deportations, all while hiding behind “judicial independence.”

And President Trump didn’t hold back. He floated an idea that’s rattled more than a few cages in D.C.: suspending the writ of habeas corpus. That’s right. The same constitutional tool used by Lincoln during the Civil War, by Ulysses S. Grant to crush the KKK, and even by FDR in wartime. And before the pearl-clutching starts, let’s review: the Constitution explicitly allows suspension of habeas corpus “in cases of rebellion or invasion, or if the public safety may require it.” You don’t have to be a constitutional scholar to see that 11+ million illegal aliens, many released under catch-and-release orders from rogue judges, could very well meet that threshold.

Trump made it clear: “There are some very strong ways to mitigate it. One way that’s been used by three very highly respected Presidents, but we hope we don’t have to go that route.” Translation: he doesn’t want to suspend habeas corpus—but if radical judges keep putting criminals and illegals ahead of citizens, he’s not going to let them handcuff the presidency forever.

Constitutional activist and influencer Rogan O’Handley, aka DC Draino, actually proposed this move at a prior White House press briefing. Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt didn’t rule it out, either, stating President Trump is “open to all legal and constitutional remedies.”

Here’s the bottom line: Trump is playing chess while the Left plays checkers. He’s not just reacting—he’s preparing. And if activist judges keep siding with illegal aliens over American citizens, don’t be shocked if President Trump decides it’s time to dust off Article I, Section 9.
