President Trump’s second term is looking a lot different than the first—and not just in tone, but in tactics. In his first go-round, Trump was blindsided time and again by so-called allies, undermined from within by career bureaucrats and swamp creatures deeply entrenched in the permanent government. But this time? Trump’s playing offense. Relentless, sustained, no-holds-barred offense.
Just ask the 100 National Security Council staffers who were told this week to pack up and get lost—many of them with less than 30 minutes to clean out their desks. The move marks the third major purge of NSC personnel since Trump’s second inauguration in January and represents one of the most significant efforts yet to gut what many insiders refer to as “the Deep State combat outpost.”
🚨BREAKING: President Trump just put over 100 National Security Council staffers ON LEAVE and gave them "less than an hour to clean out their desks," per CNN.
DRAINING THE SWAMP!🔥

Think about that. These weren’t just low-level clerks. These were detailees from the State Department, CIA, and FBI—unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats embedded in the White House, serving under the guise of policy “experts.” In reality, they were functionally gatekeepers. The very same crew that choked off memos from reaching President Trump during his first term. The same network that empowered impeachment saboteur Alexander Vindman. The very people who filtered, twisted, or buried information, all while shaping foreign policy behind closed doors.
The Ukraine impeachment scam came directly from the National Security Council.
Marco Rubio just fired 100 of these snakes.
Remember…
Here’s NSC member and traitor Alex Vindman getting caught perjuring himself by Nunes in a coup attempt on Trump.

But not anymore.
Trump and his new Secretary of State Marco Rubio are in complete lockstep on this. The goal is simple: restore presidential control over foreign policy and demolish the NSC’s role as a shadow government. According to one senior White House official speaking to Axios, “The NSC is the ultimate Deep State. It’s Marco vs. the Deep State. We’re gutting the Deep State.”
And it’s working.
The firings follow earlier directives by former National Security Advisor Mike Waltz, who initiated the mass exodus of 160 staffers back in January. NSC positions are being transferred to other agencies like State and Defense, where political accountability can be enforced. Key Trump allies like Robert Gabriel and Andy Barker are being elevated to top advisory roles to ensure loyalty and clarity of mission.
Critics say Trump just wants yes-men. Nonsense. He wants people who won’t lie to him, who won’t sabotage him, and who won’t run interference for globalists more loyal to Brussels than to Baltimore.
Purging the NSC isn’t about revenge—it’s about restoring control. For too long, presidents have been manipulated by unelected clerks running a foreign policy of their own. President Trump’s war on the Deep State is hitting the heart of the beast. And this time, he’s not pulling punches.
