Kim Gardner is the most radical Circuit Attorney backed by George Soros in the entire country. In 2017, when she first took office as a Democrat, two dozen attorneys and more than one-third of the trial lawyers abruptly left her office due to her intolerable ways. This was followed shortly thereafter by Gardner’s announcement that her prosecution team would not accept cases from 28 different St. Louis City police officers, citing racism with no evidence or explanation of what they did to get on this list.
As if this wasn’t enough, Gardner also refused to charge a drug dealer found with 1,000 opiate pills and $30,000 in cash, as well as the killer of a 7-year-old child who had already confessed to their crime.
Even more egregious was Kim Gardner’s handling of Missouri Governor Eric Greitens’ case. Here she committed over 60 acts of misconduct which she got away with despite her lies about the case. Despite all this, the most outrageous incident came last week when Gardner refused to put back in jail a suspect who had violated his bond conditions more than 50 times – including hitting Janae Edmondson and pinning her body between two vehicles – causing her both legs to be amputated! This disregard for justice has Missourians fuming and Senate Leader Caleb Rowden has demanded Gardner resign from office immediately, with Attorney General Andrew Bailey giving her until noon today (Thursday) to step down or face further action.
As AG, I want to protect the people of St. Louis, and that includes protecting victims of crime and finding justice for them.

Kim Gardner’s track record of corruption and gross negligence is simply unacceptable and not only compromises public safety but undermines faith in the legal system. Her refusal to take appropriate action in each instance shows she has no regard for the law or local citizens whose lives have been affected by her decisions – decisions that are often steeped in personal biases rather than established practices – leading many to question whether justice can ever truly be served under such leadership.
