As you will likely recall, Joe Biden’s FBI were prepared to use deadly force in the Mar-a-Lago raid. Newly unsealed court documents have now revealed that they justified their deadly force policy during the highly controversial raid on former President Donald Trump. This revelation has reignited fierce debates about governmental overreach and the politically charged use of law enforcement.
The documents, released by Judge Aileen Cannon, detail how Biden’s FBI was prepared to use deadly force if necessary during the August 2022 raid. The justification? “Life-threatening” kitchen utensils and gym equipment found at Trump’s estate. Yes, you read that right—kitchen utensils and gym gear were suddenly deemed potential weapons of mass destruction.
As I warned, the Former Feds who defend the lethal force policy included in the MAL raid plan will be even more discredited when additional details are disclosed.
It appears the FBI lied about why they needed to be armed…a dumbbell and meat cleaver?

According to the explosive filing, the FBI was authorized to engage with Trump directly if he arrived on the scene during the raid. “Should FPOTUS [Trump] arrive at MAL [Mar-a-Lago], FBI MM EM and OSCs will be prepared to engage with FPOTUS and USSS Security Team,” the document stated. Furthermore, any resistance from the Secret Service would be met with similarly severe measures.
The FBI defended their stance, claiming their actions were standard operating procedure. However, many critics aren’t buying it. In a statement that can only be described as appalling, the FBI maintained that their authorization to use deadly force was justifiable under the circumstances. This so-called “standard protocol” was also defended by media outlets that seem more like government lapdogs than watchdogs these days.
Adding fuel to the fire, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland claimed that the same deadly force policy was in place when the FBI searched Biden’s Delaware homes. But unsurprisingly, Garland didn’t provide any documents to substantiate his claims. Convenient, isn’t it?
So, what exactly were these life-threatening items? According to the FBI, the contraband in question included everyday kitchen utensils and gym equipment. Critics argue that this rationale is flimsy at best and a blatant abuse of power at worst. Trump’s legal team slammed the FBI’s actions, pointing out the absurdity of claiming that such benign items could pose a threat worthy of deadly force.
Moreover, Trump’s motion for relief related to the Mar-a-Lago raid highlighted the FBI’s overreach. The agents rummaged through rooms not specified in their warrant, including the private bedrooms of the First Lady and Trump’s youngest son, without finding anything incriminating. They even took extensive photographs of these rooms, raising questions about the true intent behind the raid.
There was no factual basis for the FBI to bring firearms into Mar-a-Lago, especially considering the premises were already guarded by the Secret Service. Yet, documents produced in discovery suggest that the agents were searching for alleged contraband they pretended was life-threatening.
This latest revelation about Biden’s FBI is a stark reminder of the importance of holding those in power accountable and questioning the narratives we’re fed. America, are we really to believe kitchen utensils and gym equipment justify deadly force? The question now is, what else is lurking beneath the surface of this administration’s actions?
