REPORT: Raffensperger Allegedly Illegally Recorded Trump Call and Deleted Audio After Leaking it to Media

The controversy surrounding Brad Raffensperger, the former Secretary of State for Georgia, continues to escalate as evidence emerges of illegal activities committed by his office. A recent report from The Federalist has confirmed previous reporting TGP, shedding light on a criminal act committed by Raffensperger’s team during a phone call with former President Donald Trump.

In January 2021, Raffensperger’s office secretly recorded a phone call between President Trump and his team. However, it has now been revealed that this recording was made in violation of Florida’s two-party consent law. Jordan Fuchs, Georgia’s Deputy Secretary of State at the time, taped the call without notifying the parties involved, which is illegal in Florida.

Fuchs’ illegal act of secretly recording the call was compounded by another offense – the destruction of evidence. The audio recording of the call was discovered in the trash folder of her computer, indicating an attempt to hide the evidence. This discovery raises serious questions about the integrity and transparency of Raffensperger’s office.

After taping the call, Fuchs proceeded to create a fraudulent transcript and sent it to The Washington Post. This false transcript was then used in an anti-Trump hit piece published by the newspaper. The intention behind this deceitful act was to undermine President Trump’s credibility and support the subsequent impeachment trial against him.

The revelation of these illegal activities raises concerns about the honesty and integrity of Raffensperger and his team. It is clear that they were willing to go to great lengths to manipulate the narrative and damage President Trump’s reputation. The actions of Raffensperger’s office demonstrate a blatant disregard for the truth and a willingness to engage in deceptive practices.

Georgia GOP Chairman David Shafer has exposed the alleged lies propagated by Raffensperger and Fuchs. He revealed that they allegedly lied to The Washington Post when they claimed that President Trump had demanded they “find the fraud.” The truth is that President Trump simply urged them to scrutinize the ballots in Fulton County, highlighting the importance of their role in ensuring election integrity.

Further evidence of Raffensperger’s deception comes from True the Vote’s Aftermath report. Published in August 2023, the report states that Raffensperger lied to President Trump about the 2020 election in Georgia during their phone call. Catherine Engelbrecht, the head of True the Vote, provided a legal affidavit confirming that Raffensperger was aware of fraudulent voter registrations and yet claimed that the election was clean.

The Aftermath report exposed the shocking number of ineligible votes cast in the 2020 election in Georgia. Raffensperger was aware of this issue, as Engelbrecht informed him that there were 67,284 votes that should not have been counted due to ineligible voter registrations based on permanent change of residency. Despite this knowledge, Raffensperger assured President Trump that the election was clean.

The recent confirmation that Jordan Fuchs was in Florida when she recorded the call adds another layer to the scandal. It appears that Fuchs violated Florida’s two-party consent law by recording the call without the consent of all parties involved. This further highlights the disregard for the law and ethics displayed by Raffensperger and his team.

Given the circumstances, it seems that a thorough investigation be conducted into the actions of Raffensperger and his office. The American public deserves to know the truth about the extent of their misconduct and the potential impact it may have had on the 2020 election.

As we approach the 2024 elections, the demand for transparency and accountability in our electoral process has never been greater. The developments in Georgia’s election saga underscore the importance of ensuring election integrity. Whether or not this will be the “last straw” for Raffensperger remains to be seen.

Georgia is a ONE party consent state. ONE.

DrSique

Read the article. She was in Florida when the call was made………FLORIDA.

Sharon

DrSIQUE: Florida is known as a two-party consent state. This means that, under state law, all parties involved in private conversations must consent to that conversation being recorded. This differs from one-party consent states, where private conversations may be recorded as long as one involved party consents.

tjh

Now how dumb do you feel after puking up that spew?

melanie

Georgia just commits one illegal crime after another. Georgia is known for their fraudulent elections which just seem to get worse & they keep lying about it. Raffensperger, Kemp, Willis need to be gone ASAP. I would think this state would want to fix these problems.
All of this is coming out making them look like fools.

Katie

Why are we just now finding out about this? Where have our Republican representatives been? Our government is so corrupt.

DrSique

Raffensperger is a Republican. So, in the immortal words of Thulsa Doom, “Crucify him on the tree of woe.”

scd

and Kemp needs to be right next to him on that tree.

George E Ivey

He is the leader of the pack GEORGIA HAS ALWAYS BEEN A CROOKED STATE ,SINCE CIVIL WAR

freedomwriter

Exactly. they are ALL corrupt

smrstrauss

In FACT, Georgia is a one party state. The article is wrong. Only one party has to approve taping, not two. Oh, and the Washington Post did its own transcript of the tape.

scd

you need to learn to read better, the woman was in Fl. when she recorded the call and Fl. like a lot of states only requires one party.

Sharon

SCD: YOU need to do YOUR research: Florida is known as a two-party consent state. This means that, under state law, all parties involved in private conversations must consent to that conversation being recorded. This differs from one-party consent states, where private conversations may be recorded as long as one involved party consents. Don’t write Comments when you do NOT know what you are talking about!

truthchronicles

Here since you cherry picked what you wanted to see..Jordan Fuchs, a political activist who serves as Raffensperger’s chief of staff, was in Florida, where it is illegal to record a call without all parties to the call consenting to the recording. She neither asked for nor received consent to record.

tjh

Why do you double down on your ignorance?

trucker

they all need to be jailed and banned from voting all that were involved and lose any benefits from there time in office

Philip Seth Hammersley

“Raffy” the RINO doesn’t care about the law. He’s the one that caved on signature verification for mail-in/absentee ballots. As long as HE gets elected, he doesn’t give a flip about anyone else!

Herb

If another person is paying him enough, he will care about them.

Gunny Gil

Just when did Raffensperger leave office. I have right in front of me a letter head from “The Office of Secretary of State” state of Georgia, dated 23 February 2024 showing him as the Sec of State of Georgia.
