New Evidence Emerges of White House & DOJ Collusion with Prosecutors to Bring Charges Against Trump

Stunning new evidence has emerged suggesting collusion between the Department of Justice (DOJ) and prosecutors involved in bringing charges against President Trump during the 2024 presidential campaign. This latest development provides further substantiation to claims of a coordinated effort to target Trump, who was expected to be Joe Biden’s main rival in the upcoming election. The evidence highlights meetings between key members of the Special Counsel’s team and officials from the White House counsel’s office, raising concerns about the integrity of the investigation.

The Meetings

One of the key meetings under scrutiny took place on March 31, 2023, between Jay Bratt, a member of the Special Counsel’s team, Caroline Saba, the deputy chief of staff for the White House counsel’s office, and Danielle Ray, an FBI agent. The meeting, which occurred at 10 a.m., was recorded in the White House visitor records. It is worth noting that Bratt had previously met with Saba in November 2021, when discussions were ongoing regarding the return of presidential records stored at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.

Questionable Motives

Legal analysts have raised concerns about the nature and timing of these meetings. Why would a DOJ representative be meeting with the White House counsel’s office while being involved in an ongoing investigation pertaining to Trump, Biden’s potential political adversary? Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, a former SDNY prosecutor, has strongly criticized these meetings, stating that there is no legitimate purpose for such interactions unless coordinated at the highest levels. Giuliani believes that the Biden administration has abandoned ethical rules and created a “Biden state prosecutor and a Biden state police.”

Alleged Coordination

When asked about the possibility of coordination between the White House and the special counsel, Giuliani responded affirmatively, stating, “You’re damn right I do.” He expressed deep concerns about the erosion of ethical standards and accused the Biden administration of creating a “state police” with the intent to prosecute Trump. Giuliani’s own recent indictment in Fulton County, Georgia, for his alleged role in challenging the 2020 election results adds weight to his claims.

Concerns Raised by Legal Experts

Prominent legal experts have also voiced their concerns regarding these meetings. George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley emphasized the need for transparency, urging the Justice Department to confirm whether the March meeting was related to the ongoing investigation or if it concerned other matters. Turley argued that the timing of the meeting raises obvious concerns, particularly as it occurred after Bratt joined the special counsel’s team.

Jay Bratt’s Background

To understand the significance of these meetings, it is important to delve into Jay Bratt’s background. Bratt, a Harvard Law School graduate, has a long-standing career at the DOJ. Since October 2018, he has been leading the counterintelligence and export control section within the DOJ’s national security division. This division specializes in investigating and prosecuting cases that impact U.S. national security and international relations. Bratt’s involvement in the investigation against Trump included visits to Mar-a-Lago in June 2022 to examine the estate’s storage facilities and direct interactions with Trump himself.

Accusations of Misconduct

The case against Bratt becomes more complicated with accusations of misconduct. According to a confidential document obtained by The Guardian, attorney Stanley Woodward alleged that Bratt attempted to secure the cooperation of Walt Nauta, Trump’s valet, by suggesting favorable consideration for Woodward’s prior application for a judgeship. Woodward claimed that Bratt used this leverage to pressure Nauta into cooperating with authorities against Trump. These allegations further raise concerns about the integrity of the investigation.

Matthew Colangelo’s Involvement

It is important to note that Jay Bratt is not the only DOJ veteran linked to legal actions against Trump. Matthew Colangelo, another seasoned DOJ official, joined the office of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg in December 2022 and played a key role in indicting Trump in New York for alleged payments made to silence adult film actress Stormy Daniels. Colangelo’s involvement raises questions about the extent of the coordinated effort against Trump and the potential political motivations behind these legal actions.

Implications for the Justice System

The emerging evidence of collusion between the White House, DOJ, and prosecutors raises serious concerns about the independence and impartiality of the justice system. If proven true, it would indicate a dangerous erosion of ethical boundaries and the weaponization of law enforcement for political gain. The American public deserves a justice system that operates without political interference and upholds the principles of fairness and due process.

Mike, great work. I applaud your efforts enormously because I presently make more than $36,000 each month from just one straightforward online company! You may begin creating a steady online income with as little as $29,000, and these are only the most basic internet operations jobs.

I can only say one thing. Anyone that would vote for Joe as stupid and anti American as he is would have to be as bad as he is and should be in prison along with joe and his family as they are all liars, crooks, under table dealings and selling our country out to China and some other foreign countries for money under the table.
