Lynnette Hardaway, also known to many as “Diamond”, of the iconic conservative duo Diamond and Silk, has sadly passed away at the age of 51. The loss of Diamond is a huge blow to their millions of fans from all across the globe.
Diamond and Silk are/were well-known for their popular live-stream blog appearances which commented on current political issues. Not only this but they are well-known for their roles as hosts for Newsmax and FrankSpeech.com. Their inspiring interviews with various influential politicians over the years earned them a spot in the spotlight within conservative communities.
The sisters provided an important platform for conservative views, including those pertaining to African American issues in politics. They definitely made sure their voices were heard.
The duo was also famous for their “no-holds-barred” approach to tackling difficult topics head-on, something which resonated with many throughout their long careers. Their unique brand of humor during these conversations made them even more beloved by their ardent fan base around the world.
Their social media presence was also paramount in furthering their messages. They have over two million followers on Facebook alone, making them powerful influencers in spreading important progressive ideas among conservatives everywhere.

Silk was with her all the way, and at her passing. There was no better TEAM anywhere, or at any time! Diamond’s death was totally unexpected, probably her big and precious HEART just plain gave out. Rest In Peace our Magnificent Diamond, you will be greatly missed!”
The Diamond and Silk Twitter account posted a tweet announcing Diamond’s untimely passing, saying, “The World just lost a True Angel and Warrior Patriot for Freedom, Love, and Humanity! Please respect the privacy of Diamond’s family! Memorial Ceremony TBA.”
