BOOM! Major Win in Trump Court Case

Well, folks, it looks like the left’s witch hunt against former President Donald Trump has hit another roadblock. A Fulton County judge has dismissed key charges in the election interference case against Trump. Now isn’t that something?

The AP reports that Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee chucked out six charges related to soliciting elected officials to violate their oaths of office. These included three charges directly against Trump himself. The Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis had previously charged Trump and alleged co-conspirators with trying to twist the arms of election officials to invalidate Georgia’s 2020 election results. But Judge McAfee wasn’t having any of it.

Trump, ever the straight shooter, was recorded saying, “All I want to do is this. I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have.” A simple request, right? And yet, the left tried to spin this into some nefarious plot.

But hold your horses, folks. The plot thickens. You see, prosecutors can still try and bring a new indictment against Trump on the same charges. But the chances of that happening are dwindling faster than Biden’s approval ratings. Why? Because Willis, the prosecutor, is caught up in her own scandal that might see her booted from the case.

Judge McAfee is now considering whether Willis has irrevocably tainted the case against Trump by hiring Nathan Wade, a fellow prosecutor with whom she had a romantic affair. And guess what? They may have lied under oath about when their affair started. Oh, the irony!

This revelation was brought to light by an attorney for one of Trump’s co-defendants. It’s quickly turned into a major distraction for Willis. Witnesses, including Wade’s divorce attorney, have come forward claiming that Willis and Wade were being untruthful on the stand when they claimed that their affair began only after Wade was hired in 2024.

Trump, meanwhile, has maintained his innocence not only in the Georgia case but also in a federal election interference case brought by Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith. Smith is currently under investigation by the U.S. House to see if he coordinated his charges with Willis’s state-level ones.

So, as the left continues its relentless pursuit of Trump, it seems their own skeletons are starting to tumble out of the closet. Isn’t it funny how that works? But hey, who are we to judge? We’re just here for the popcorn.
