Biden Family Member Hit with SERIOUS New Legal Trouble

A government watchdog has filed a formal IRS complaint after it was revealed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Archewell Foundation donated $250,000 to a women’s wellness center run by Ashley Biden, daughter of Joe Biden—yet the donation was never disclosed in the group’s 2023 tax filings.

The National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC), a conservative watchdog group, has accused Women’s Wellness (Spa)ce, the Philadelphia-based nonprofit founded by Ashley Biden, of violating financial reporting regulations by failing to report the massive donation.

IRS filings are submitted under penalty of perjury, meaning any omission of financial transactions—especially one of this size—raises serious legal and ethical concerns.

A Shady Oversight—or Political Favoritism?

NLPC legal counsel Paul Kamenar slammed the lack of transparency, calling it a “clear violation” of IRS regulations. He also raised eyebrows over Ashley Biden’s reported salary and workload, questioning whether her 40-hour workweek at $12.75 per hour was an accurate reflection of her actual time spent at the nonprofit.

“The large contribution raised eyebrows because of the political implications of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s attempts to ingratiate themselves with President Biden and his family,” Kamenar stated.

Translation? The Sussexes—who have been desperate for political relevance after severing ties with the British monarchy—may have bought themselves favor with the Biden administration through a six-figure “charitable” donation to the president’s daughter.

Red Flags All Over the Place

Several financial discrepancies have emerged in the IRS complaint, including:

  • Women’s Wellness (Spa)ce reported $170,296 in revenue—meaning the $250,000 Archewell donation was larger than their entire budget. So where did the money go?
  • The nonprofit listed eight board members in filings but only identified seven.
  • Ashley Biden’s reported 40-hour workweek is questionable, as she was frequently seen traveling abroad with First Lady Jill Biden and engaging in political activities.

Given these inconsistencies, the NLPC is now calling for a full audit of Ashley Biden’s group to determine where the money went and whether political favoritism was at play.

Neither Archewell nor Women’s Wellness (Spa)ce has responded to requests for comment, but the silence speaks volumes. If this were a Trump family member, the media would be in full meltdown mode—yet because it involves the Bidens and their Hollywood royalty friends, expect the mainstream press to sweep this under the rug.
