Biden Family Caught in New Scandal Over Massive Undisclosed Donations

Well, it wouldn’t be a Biden family story without some tax drama, would it? This time, it’s not Hunter Biden making headlines for dodging Uncle Sam—it’s Ashley Biden, daughter of Joe Biden, who’s now at the center of a growing financial controversy. According to a new complaint filed by the National Legal and Policy Center, a conservative watchdog group, Ashley’s nonprofit may have failed to report a hefty chunk of its income to the IRS. We’re talking about a cool half a million dollars. Oops?

The organization in question is the Women’s Wellness Spa(ce), a trauma recovery center Ashley Biden launched in 2023 in Philadelphia, supposedly to help women with mental health challenges. Sounds noble enough—until you look at the numbers. According to publicly available IRS filings, two major groups—the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and, yes, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s charity—each reported giving $250,000 to the Spa(ce). That’s $500,000 in donations for those keeping score at home.

Now here’s where things get messy. The nonprofit’s own tax documents, signed under penalty of perjury by Ashley Biden herself, claim the organization only took in about $170,000 total in 2023 and that no single contribution exceeded $5,000. That’s a pretty wide gap. Either the organization misplaced a few zeroes or something fishy is going on.

Greg Mangasarian, the nonprofit’s accountant, insists there’s no foul play. He says most of the money didn’t hit the books until 2024 and will be reported then. Fair enough—except he also confirmed they use the accrual method of accounting. You know, the one where revenue is supposed to be reported when it’s pledged or received—not just when it’s spent. So yeah, that explanation doesn’t really hold up under scrutiny.

Paul Kamenar from the watchdog group isn’t buying it either. He wants the IRS to dig deeper and find out if there are any other undisclosed funds floating around in Ashley’s feel-good operation. And let’s not forget the family context here. Hunter Biden was literally pardoned by his dad in 2024 for hiding millions in income, and other Biden relatives like James and Sarah Biden have profited from shady business ventures too.

The only one not pardoned yet? Ashley. But if the IRS finds this charity cooked its books, she might end up facing some very real consequences—unless, of course, another Biden pardon is waiting in the wings.
