In the raid on Mar-a-Lago, the iconic home of former President Trump, Joe Biden, and Attorney General Merrick Garland allegedly sought to access documents that may have contained evidence of criminal activity by the Clintons, Obamas, Bidens, and corrupt officials in the DOJ and FBI. The raid was reportedly conducted under the pretext of a “special access request” made by the Biden White House, which coordinated with the DOJ to obtain the records.
New evidence from National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) records obtained through an investigation by America First Legal suggests that the FBI was given access to Trump’s records by the Biden White House on behalf of the DOJ. In addition, memos released last August revealed that the Biden White House worked with the DOJ and National Archives to launch a criminal investigation into Trump’s handling of documents.
The overall investigation into Trump and his associates has been marred by legal challenges and allegations of political bias. Attorney Davis, who appeared on Bannon’s War Room, shed light on the maneuverings of the DOJ and its attempt to bring down former President Trump. Davis argued that President Trump had the right to have documents at Mar-a-Lago, including classified ones.
At this point, the evidence suggests that Biden waved Trump’s executive privilege in order to green light Garland’s unprecedented, unnecessary, and unlawful home raid on Trump. Davis further argued that Biden may have been seeking to cover up his own connections to Russian collusion by obtaining the documents. Bannon pointed out the timelines of the investigation into Trump and suggested that The Regime (the current administration) knew about Biden’s issues with illegally held classified documents and went after Trump in an attempt to deflect attention from their own wrongdoing.
If the allegations are true, they point to impeachable offenses by Joe Biden for weaponizing the Justice Department to go after Trump. The situation is unfolding rapidly and more information is likely to emerge in the near future.
