Attorney General Pam Bondi has officially informed Congress that the Department of Justice has now released every Epstein related document in its possession under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. That is not a partial dump. That is the whole vault, according to the February 14, 2026 Section 3 report sent to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, Ranking Member Dick Durbin, House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, and Ranking Member Jamie Raskin.
The letter states that the DOJ released all “records, documents, communications and investigative materials in the possession of the Department” relating to nine broad categories. Those categories include everything from the investigations and prosecutions of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell to flight logs, immunity deals, internal DOJ charging decisions, communications about potential destruction of evidence, and documentation surrounding Epstein’s detention and death.
The Department made a point of saying, “No records were withheld or redacted on the basis of embarrassment, reputational harm, or political sensitivity, including to any government official, public figure, or foreign dignitary.” That line alone will echo for a long time in Washington.
Redactions were limited to victim information, child s**ual abuse material, active investigations, and graphic images. No classification based redactions were used. Unredacted versions are available for congressional review.
The name index attached to the report reads like a political and cultural phone book. Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, Kamala Harris, Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Gavin Newsom, Bill Gates, and hundreds of other high profile figures appear at least once somewhere in the files. The DOJ cautioned that names appear in a wide variety of contexts, including emails, press mentions, and peripheral references. Some individuals, the Department stressed, are mentioned in documents unrelated to criminal conduct.

That disclaimer matters. Being named in a document is not the same as being charged with a crime. But politically, the optics are seismic.
For years, the left treated demands for full transparency around Epstein as a fringe obsession. Now the files are out, the names are public, and the Department says nothing was withheld to protect reputations. That shifts the conversation dramatically.
The irony is hard to ignore. What was once dismissed as conspiracy chatter is now an official DOJ release delivered to Congress. The political fallout will not be confined to one party, but it is undeniable that many prominent Democrats are included in the index.
Transparency has arrived. Washington will now have to deal with it.
