BREAKING: Fulton County Admits It Illegally Certified 315,000 Ballots in 2020 Election

For years, anyone who dared question what happened in Georgia during the 2020 election was shouted down, mocked, and labeled every name in the book. Turns out, the receipts are finally surfacing, and they are uglier than most people imagined. Fulton County, the same county that carried Joe Biden to a narrow statewide victory, has now admitted that at least 315,000 votes were certified illegally.

That matters because Biden allegedly “won” Georgia by just 11,779 votes. In Fulton County alone, the reported totals were 380,212 votes for Biden and 137,247 for President Trump. Now we learn that roughly 60 percent of the votes in that county were illegally certified. That is not a rounding error. That is a system failure so massive it should have triggered alarms years ago.

The stunning admission came during a December 9 Georgia State Election Board meeting, where Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections attorney Ann Brumbaugh was forced to concede what investigators had been saying all along. VoterGA investigator David Cross testified about a complaint he filed back in 2022, alleging that vote tabulator tapes were not properly certified or signed, a direct violation of Georgia law that breaks the chain of custody.

Cross explained that his group paid Fulton County $15,800 for public records and received 77 megabytes of data, covering every tabulator tape representing those 315,000 votes. What did they find? Zero signed tabulator tapes from early voting. As Cross bluntly put it, “These signed tapes are the sole legal certification that the reported totals are authentic.”

Brumbaugh did not deny it. She said, “We do not dispute that the tapes were not signed. It was a violation of the rule.” She tried to soften the blow by pointing to new leadership, new procedures, and enhanced training since 2020. That is nice and all, but it does not magically make illegal certifications legal after the fact.

This mess is unfolding as the Department of Justice is actively seeking access to the 2020 election records and ballots, which are supposedly in the custody of the Fulton County Superior Court Clerk’s Office. Tensions flared recently when Republican board member Julie Adams asked whether the ballots were even in county custody. Chairwoman Sherri Allen reportedly shut the question down immediately, fueling even more suspicion.

Adding to the pile, Georgia’s Secretary of State office substantiated findings that Fulton County violated official election record processes. Thirty six out of thirty seven advanced voting precincts failed to sign tabulation tapes, and dozens of polling sites failed to verify zero tapes. Georgia law is clear on this, no signed tapes means no legal certification.

Meanwhile, the Department of Justice has filed suit against Che Alexander to enforce a subpoena for ballots and related records from the 2020 election. So yes, ballots are being hidden, rules were broken, and hundreds of thousands of votes were illegally certified. Anyone still pretending Fulton County 2020 was clean either has not been paying attention or does not want to.
