Canada Swaps One Globalist Puppet for Another as Prime Minister

Well, Canada, meet your new leader—same as the old one. Justin Trudeau may have resigned, but the Liberal Party of Canada has made sure his replacement is just another out-of-touch, elitist, globalist lackey. Enter Mark Carney, a former Goldman Sachs executive, central banker, and radical climate activist who will keep Canada marching down the same failed path of high taxes, open borders, and woke authoritarianism.

Carney crushed his competition, former Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland, winning 86% of the vote in a party leadership race that saw only about 152,000 people participate. In other words, a tiny fraction of Canada’s population just decided the country’s fate, and it’s looking bleak.

So, who is Mark Carney? Well, if you liked Trudeau’s economic disasters, you’re going to love Carney. The man spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs, including time in New York as VP of Corporate Finance (because nothing screams “man of the people” like a Wall Street banker). Then, he moved into central banking, running both the Bank of Canada and the Bank of England, where he pushed globalist economic policies and green energy schemes that benefit the elite while crushing working-class families.

And let’s talk about transparency—or the lack of it. Carney has refused to disclose his finances and assets to the public, leading many to wonder just who he’s really working for. But let’s be honest—we already know the answer. The man is a committed globalist who answers to the Davos crowd, not the Canadian people.

If Canadians were hoping for even the slightest change after nearly a decade of Trudeau’s mismanagement, they’re out of luck. Carney has given no indication that he will reverse any of the disastrous Liberal policies that have left Canada with skyrocketing inflation, crumbling energy production, censorship laws straight out of 1984, and an immigration crisis.

And let’s not forget his unhinged hatred for President Trump. Carney once compared Trump to Voldemort (because of course he did—these leftists love their Harry Potter references), and he’s already threatening retaliatory trade policies designed to hurt American workers. Great strategy, Mark. Instead of fixing Canada’s failing economy, just start a pointless trade war with your biggest economic partner.

The worst part? Canadians actually seem to be buying into this nonsense. The Liberal Party’s polling numbers have surged, and Carney is gaining ground on Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre—one of the few politicians in Canada offering actual solutions. If this trend continues, Canada will willingly vote itself into even more years of economic misery and woke authoritarianism.

At this point, Canada doesn’t need a new prime minister. It needs an intervention.
