Peter Doocy Finally Reveals What Went Down After Biden’s ‘Son of a B-’ Comment!

Peter Doocy, the Fox News White House correspondent who’s made a career out of grilling the Biden administration, recently opened up about that infamous moment when Joe Biden was caught on a hot mic calling him a “stupid son of a b-.” Remember that? It was one of those rare, unfiltered Biden moments that even the mainstream media couldn’t ignore. Well, as Biden’s term winds down, Doocy is finally giving us some behind-the-scenes details—and let’s just say, the promised “lunch” with Biden never quite materialized.

In a recent interview with Fox & Friends, Doocy revealed that shortly after the incident in early 2022, Biden gave him a call to “clear the air.” Biden reportedly told him it was “nothing personal” and even extended an offer for lunch when it was “safe.” Now, two years later, Doocy can’t help but joke that Biden’s “lunch card is probably filled,” because that sit-down never happened. “So, it was never safe to have lunch with me,” he quipped.

Doocy’s father, Fox News host Steve Doocy, also chimed in, noting that his son even tried to follow up with then-White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki about the promised meal. But, surprise, surprise—just like so many of Biden’s promises, it turned out to be all talk and no action. “The lunch never happened,” Doocy admitted, adding that he’s usually out of leftovers by Friday anyway.

Despite the initial insult, Doocy handled the situation like a pro. He told Sean Hannity at the time that he didn’t need an apology and was actually impressed that Biden took a few minutes to call him. “Hey, Sean, the world is on the brink of, like, World War III,” Doocy said. “I appreciate that the president took a couple minutes out this evening while he was still at the desk to give me a call and clear the air.” Now, whether Biden was genuinely remorseful or just doing damage control is up for debate.

Of course, Doocy’s clashes with the White House didn’t stop there. Over the past few years, he’s been a thorn in the side of Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, who had her fair share of awkward exchanges with him. But as Doocy prepares to cover the next administration, he shared a surprisingly cordial farewell with Jean-Pierre, thanking her for continuing to take his tough questions. She jokingly responded, “How will I fill that void without you?”

In the end, Doocy never got his promised Biden lunch, but he did get something better—a front-row seat to the White House’s struggles with transparency.
