ICYMI: SCOTUS Hears 2020 Election Case with Kamala Harris and Mike Pence Named in Suit

The four Brunson brothers are a family of musicians, who travel around the nation playing their music. But they have also become staunch defenders of democracy, and believe that their leaders failed to live up to their oath of office. For this reason, the Brunsons are suing in the United States Supreme Court with their case Brunson v. Adams.

Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee believes this case is critical for America’s future and may even overturn the 2020 U.S. presidential election.

Huckabee said, “The argument, in this case, is that by not looking into serious allegations of election fraud, those who voted to confirm the results of the 2020 election broke their oath of office and are ineligible to run for any elected office again. To give you an idea of the scope of the potential fallout, Kamala Harris is in that group, and so is Mike Pence.”

However, there is still some doubt among pundits as to whether or not this is a viable option. The suit itself spells out exactly what constitutional requirements were not followed, including the refusal to investigate congressional claims that the election was fraudulent.

This lawsuit could potentially be a fight for American democracy itself, as it targets any violations of procedure that may have happened during the election process. The Brunsons argue that by denying due investigative process to allegations of election fraud, it is tantamount to treason against all citizens of the United States – an act which would leave Biden in power indefinitely and render fundamental freedoms moot if left unchecked.

Dozens of other lawsuits were filed against various aspects of the 2020 Election such as mail-in ballot harvesting and faulty voting machine systems, but these were largely ignored by legislators who chose to certify results without fully examining them first. Brunson v Adams however insists on addressing these issues in depth and resolving any constitutional violations that may have occurred – making it much more important than other suits which focus mainly on specific details which can be overlooked more easily.

If successful, this suit could spell a victory for American democracy and its citizens’ right to hold elected officials accountable, something which has been absent in recent years amidst partisan subterfuge and false narratives spread by mainstream media outlets attempting to address allegations of fraud with easy talking points instead of credible investigations.

Wow this would be a first in our history as a country and republic if this can be proven. The narrative is more then just a party committing fraud but treason. This would also push the narrative that all involved would be guilty of this crime. It could and should include any and all politicians, out of office politicians, departments of government such as FBI,CIA,DOJ,etc and above all else the media for pushing these lies and them stonewalling and picking a corrupt government over a government of all are posted and said freedoms. If Joe citizen has to follow these laws then all should even ones who think they cannot be touched because they think they are special and don’t have to follow said rules and laws.

Why am I just hearing about this POTUS case? This is world changing if indeed the court finds in favor of Brunson.

Mike, great work. I applaud your efforts enormously because I presently make more than $36,000 each month from just one straightforward online company! You may begin creating a steady online income with as little as $29,000, and these are only the most basic internet operations jobs.

You haven’t heard about this case before because your sources for news have chosen not to report it. I can only speculate about their reasons. I suspect it it because they don’t want the plaintiffs to prevail.
Note: The above is not a comment on the merits of the case or a prediction about how the court will decide.

Truth is both ARE worthless to the human race as the phonies they are.

Grandpa

The liberal justice system will never allow this to happen.

Mr. Bill

Which shows that George Soros spending $40 million to get his liberal judges elected should include him in some way? His nephew married Chelsea Clinton with Bill and Hillary spending the weekend at Soros NY home where the wedding was held. When Hillary was running for POTUS he went to her home to give her his check for $8 Million to help her election.

Lee

Super glad that was wasted money.

carol

This lawsuit is important for all citizens but especially for us here in Az where both the 2020 and 2022 elections were stolen and we were bascially told to sit down and shut up leaving us, the voters to believe there is no point in our voting at all!

DVader

Case was dismissed

Steven

Your source mislead you. The fact the SCOTUS is hearing the case is proof it was NOT dismissed. At least it is proof the SCOTUS has not, as yet, accepted the lower court’s dismissal.

Ron

The democrat party should be outlawed

CrazyEagle

usa

much ado about what we all know will be NOTHING…. CASE DISMISSED(sad to say)

Robert

Based on the Supreme Court’s past proclivity to duck the issue of voter fraud, I suspect they’ll come up with some way to ignore this suit; such as claiming the plaintiffs have no standing.

always nice to know that one requires admin approval before their opinions are put forth. what could possibly go wrong?
