Well now, isn’t this a plot twist? After the Colorado Supreme Court decided to disqualify Trump from the state’s 2024 GOP primary ballot, Republican leaders are considering doing a little tit-for-tat. Their target? None other than Joe Biden himself. The Colorado decision was based on Trump’s alleged violation of the 14th Amendment due to his involvement in the January 6 Capitol breach. Now, I don’t know about you, but it seems to me like this has sparked a bit of a retaliatory stance among Republicans.
We’ve got folks like Anthony Sabatini, a Congressional candidate in Florida, and Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, calling for Biden to be removed from their state ballots. Talk about playing hardball! Lt. Governor Patrick, in a chat with Fox News, suggested that Biden should be removed from Texas’ 2024 ballot due to how he’s handled immigration at the U.S.-Mexico border. According to him, Biden’s administration is putting lives at risk and disrupting Texas more than anything else in recent history.
Meanwhile, Anthony Sabatini took to Twitter with a simple yet powerful message: “REMOVE BIDEN FROM THE FLORIDA BALLOT NOW!” Well, he certainly doesn’t beat around the bush, does he?
REMOVE BIDEN FROM THE FLORIDA BALLOT NOW!

But here’s the thing. This situation presents a complex and unprecedented scenario in American politics. It’s the first time a state supreme court has directly confronted and decided on the essential debates concerning a former president’s qualifications for future office.
This whole debacle is grounded in the insurrection clause of the U.S. Constitution. The court concluded that Trump is barred from the presidency under this clause and instructed the Colorado secretary of state to remove his name from the state’s Republican presidential primary ballot.
If Colorado is taking Trump off the ballot, Florida and Texas should take Biden off the ballot
Allowing 8M+ illegal aliens into America is the greatest form of insurrection
See how slippery this slope gets?
