BREAKING: Supreme Court to Hear Case That Could Undo Charges for Trump, J6 Protestors

The U.S. Supreme Court is stepping into the ring and boy, do they have a heavyweight bout on their hands. They’ve announced that they’re going to review charges against our former President Donald Trump and hundreds of J6 protestors. These charges are related to obstruction of an official proceeding – a key offense that’s had prosecutors popping champagne bottles as they’ve successfully convicted hundreds of individuals. But the party may be over soon if the Supreme Court has anything to say about it.

So, what’s at stake here? Well, the high court’s review will scrutinize an appellate court’s ruling against three protestors accused of obstructing the certification of Electoral College votes. And guess what else? Four similar charges have been slapped on Trump by Biden Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith, who seems to think Trump was playing puppet master and inciting riots through his social media posts.

Now, let’s not forget about the notorious federal law known as 1512(c)(2). This bad boy has been used against more than 300 J6 protestors and forms half of Smith’s case against Trump. But if the Supreme Court overturns this, Smith’s case might crumble like a house of cards.

The decision could also throw a wrench into the works for Trump’s trial, slated to start on March 4th, 2021. The trial was already on shaky ground due to the court’s announcement that it would review Trump’s claim that he’s immune from prosecution.

Another lower federal court has ruled that the obstruction argument against the three J6 protestors just doesn’t hold water. So, the Supreme Court is stepping in to clean up the mess.

And while all this legal drama unfolds, more than 1,200 people have been prosecuted with charges stemming from J6, with over 650 defendants pleading guilty. But let’s not forget the deplorable jail conditions these prisoners are enduring while awaiting trial. It’s about time someone called for more humane treatment, and that’s exactly what Republicans like Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) are doing. This Supreme Court review could be a game-changer for Trump and the J6 protestors.

If the Supreme Court, stands by the Laws, most of the charges will be dropped and then the Democrats will be charged.

Jack Smith always looks like he is going to a funeral. There is no expression on his face . He’s stone cold.
