Trump Shares ‘Very Good’ News Regarding New York Trial

Well, folks, it’s time for another episode of “The Trump Chronicles.” Today, we have a piece of ‘very good’ news shared by none other than former President Donald Trump himself. Trump recently announced a favorable decision from the New York State appellate commission, a move that he and his team are no doubt celebrating. The win is not just about Trump; it’s a victory for the business community at large. According to Trump, “The Power Division of New York State just gave us a very good ruling. We appreciate it. I think the country appreciates it.”

The details of the decision are still under wraps, but Trump was quick to highlight the broader implications of the case. He suggested that the legal action against him was a symptom of a “Marxist type of reform,” a threat to businesses in New York. He warned, “No business will move back into New York. No business will frankly stay in New York.”

Despite this victory, Trump continues to face numerous legal challenges. He’s currently entangled in a civil trial in New York concerning allegations of business fraud. The claims suggest that Trump provided false information to banks and insurance companies by overvaluing assets, such as his Trump Tower penthouse and Mar-a-Lago club.

New York Attorney General Letitia James is pursuing penalties exceeding $300 million and is seeking to prevent Trump and other involved parties from conducting business in New York. She’s even considering a potential five-year ban on Trump acquiring real estate within the state.

Trump, however, remains steadfast in his denial of any misconduct. He labels the trial a “witch hunt” and deems it “corrupt.” He maintains that the financial statements under scrutiny actually underrepresent his wealth and asserts that it was the lenders’ responsibility to perform their own assessments.

Trump’s son, Eric, joined the chorus of defense, stating, “We have some of the best assets in New York. We’ve never had a default. We’ve never missed a loan payment…This state is going to hell. And it’s because of people like the attorney general of New York.” So, what’s next in this riveting saga? Will Trump continue to face hurdles, or will he keep racking up victories?

James should be disbarred. Her actions show she cares nothing about the law, her disrespect for the law & the oath she took to uphold & defend it.

How and why does the judge continue to allow this witch hunt? Because both are persuing persecution

The Democratic Communist Party believes itself no longer vulnerable to defeat in this land of the free. The American people do not need fascist voting to be free of Marxist pollution.

These democrats are terrible using the justice department to try to stop their rivals.
