BOOM! Michigan Judge Sides with Trump in Crucial Ruling For 2024

In a stunning blow to left-wing fantasies, a Michigan judge has ruled decisively in favor of former President Donald Trump, dismissing a legal challenge that sought to disqualify him from the state’s 2024 ballot. The challenge was based on the 14th Amendment’s Civil War-era provision against insurrectionists. However, in a twist that has sent shockwaves through the liberal camp, the judge declared that the authority to determine Trump’s eligibility lies not with the Michigan Secretary of State but with our elected representatives in Congress.

Michigan Court of Claims Judge James Redford, delivering a right-hook to left-wing forces, stated that issues regarding Trump’s alleged involvement in the January 6, 2021, Capitol breach and its potential constitutional implications on barring him from the presidency are a “political question” and not one for the courts to decide.

Steven Cheung, a Trump campaign spokesman, triumphantly declared, “Each and every one of these ridiculous cases have LOST because they are all un-Constitutional left-wing fantasies orchestrated by monied allies of the Biden campaign seeking to turn the election over to the courts and deny the American people the right to choose their next president.”

This ruling follows dismissals of similar claims in Minnesota and New Hampshire, as well as the recommended dismissal of a related claim in South Carolina. It’s clear that the left’s desperate attempts to use the courts to undermine Trump’s eligibility for the 2024 race are falling flat.

Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which was originally intended to prevent former Confederate officials and military officers from returning to power after the Civil War, disqualifies individuals from holding certain offices if they had previously sworn an oath to support the U.S. Constitution and then subsequently engaged in or supported insurrection or rebellion against the U.S. The left has been attempting to use this provision as a weapon against Trump, but their efforts have so far been futile.

The ambiguous nature of the amendment due to its age and lack of recent application has led to these court cases being marred by uncertainty. As CNN’s legal expert Elie Honig has said, “Neither the Constitution nor Congress, in the one hundred fifty years since that amendment was passed, has clarified how this works.”

Despite these challenges, Trump remains the favorite to win the presidency. This ruling represents a significant step towards ensuring that the American people can exercise their right to choose their next president, free from the interference of left-wing court manipulation.
