Corrupt Obama Judge Overseeing Trump Case Caught in Massive Scandal!

Concerns have been raised among conservatives regarding the impartiality of the assigned judge, US District Judge Tanya Chutkan. Judge Tanya Chutkan was appointed by former President Barack Obama in 2014 to serve as a US District Judge. Prior to her appointment, she had an extensive legal career, including working as an attorney and later becoming a partner at Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP (BSF). Interestingly, during her time at BSF, she overlapped with Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, who also served as an attorney at the firm from 2009 to 2014.

Allegations of Bias in Judge Chutkan’s Rulings

Conservatives have expressed concerns about Judge Chutkan’s impartiality based on her previous rulings, particularly those related to the January 6th incident at the Capitol. Critics argue that her rulings have shown a severe bias towards individuals arrested for their involvement in the event. This has led to doubts about whether she can provide a fair trial for former President Trump in the ongoing case.

Hunter Biden and Judge Chutkan’s Professional Connection

Further raising eyebrows is the professional connection between Hunter Biden and Judge Chutkan during their time at BSF. Both individuals worked at the law firm, with Hunter Biden serving as an attorney from 2009 to 2014 and Judge Chutkan becoming a partner in 2007. These overlapping years of their careers, including Hunter Biden’s tenure on the Burisma board starting in April 2014, have fueled suspicions about potential bias in Judge Chutkan’s decision-making.

Political Affiliations and Donations

Judge Chutkan’s political affiliations and campaign donations have also come under scrutiny. Public donation records reveal that she contributed over $3,000 to Barack Obama’s campaigns between 2008 and 2012. While campaign donations alone do not imply bias, critics argue that these contributions, combined with her professional connections to Hunter Biden, raise questions about her objectivity in cases involving prominent political figures.

President Trump’s Request for Recusal

Given the concerns surrounding Judge Chutkan’s potential bias, former President Trump has requested an immediate recusal from the case. Taking to social media platform Truth Social, President Trump expressed his doubts about receiving a fair trial under Judge Chutkan. He highlighted the need for an unbiased judge in the case, stating, “There is no way I can get a fair trial with this judge ‘assigned’ to our ridiculous freedom of speech/fair elections case… We will be immediately asking for recusal of this judge on very powerful grounds.”

Evaluating Impartiality in the Judicial System

The controversy surrounding Judge Chutkan’s involvement in President Trump’s case raises broader questions about impartiality within the American justice system. When judges presiding over cases involving prominent political figures have existing relationships or political affiliations, there is a concern that these connections could influence their decisions. The ability to ensure a fair hearing and maintain public trust in the justice system becomes paramount.

The Implications of the Chutkan-Trump Case

The outcome of the Chutkan-Trump case will undoubtedly have far-reaching implications. It will not only determine the legal fate of former President Trump but also serve as a litmus test for the credibility and fairness of the judicial system. The controversy surrounding Judge Chutkan’s background underscores the need for transparency, accountability, and the importance of selecting judges who can demonstrate impartiality in high-profile cases.

Worked with Hunter, donated to Obama who appointed her, and you think she wouldn’t be fair!!! A democrat not being fair??

Paul Strauss

(1) She did not work with Hunter. See above. (2) it is legal and normal for some people to contribute to Democrats just as some people, a judge in Florida for example, contribute to Republicans.

bill

She was a partner in the firm Hunter worked for in 2007. Connections don’t lie but democrats do.

vnvet

And Republicans have never been caught lying???

Mike, great work. I applaud your efforts enormously because I presently make more than $36,000 each month from just one straightforward online company! You may begin creating a steady online income with as little as $29,000, and these are only the most basic internet operations jobs.

Worked side by side with Jack S Smith as well and fails to recuse herself…..

Judge Chutkan worked at WilmerHale from 1994 to 2003 and then at the Department of Justice from 2003 to 2010 and then returned to WilmerHale as a partner until she was appointed to be a district judge in 2014. Hunter Biden worked at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP from 2014 to 2019. Those are not the same law firms.

Bet you think having the “trial” in DC which votes 97% DIMM is OK, also! Correct? Hang him first, then give him a “fair trial?”

CountryBoy

Chutkan spent 12 years working for Boies, Schiller, & Flexner LLP (BSF) during some of the same time that that law firm that employed Hunter and represented Burisma.

What ever happened to THE APPEARANCE of impropriety? The swamp rat democrats have destroyed the US Justice system. Before obama, bullschiff like this would’ve been thrown out of a court for parking tickets.

Where I grew up there was a saying: “I never met a Judge I could not Buy”! It seems that these “Democrat Appointed Judges” are nothing more than Two Bit Political Hacks? We now Know that the DOJ is Corrupt and Garland should be Impeached and Arrested for what is tantamount to Felonious Criminal Activity! I know that the Chicago Democrat Machine is Corrupt but I did not know Our Entire Justice System is Corrupt to its Core! America Deserves Better!

It’s time to start questioning these political hacks’ credentials.

All that is needed is a “D” behind their name to be qualified for anything.

tedscott4

A “D” is the starting point, but to get nominated by the Dem’s requires a thorough point evaluation of their intersectionality score. (A minority gets a point, an LGBT gets a point, a Muslim gets a point, a white or Christian gets points off their score.)
