ICYMI: Megyn Kelly Reveals the Details About Her Private Meeting with Trump

Megyn Kelly shared information about her private meeting with former President Donald Trump during her podcast on Monday. The meeting took place at Turning Point’s event in West Palm Beach during the weekend, which was attended by several prominent figures, including the former president.

“He and I got a one-on-one together for the first time in years and it was frankly great to see him,” Kelly said. “You know, all that nonsense between us is under the bridge and he could not have been more magnanimous, you know. It’s just the thing about Trump is, he commands the room, he walks in and it’s not just because he’s a former president now because I knew him before that, he, there’s just something about him. It’s like an aura that sort of takes over the room, there’s only one person you can look at.”

Kelly said Trump “could not have been nicer or more generous and had some interesting thoughts about the debates, whether he’s going to attend.”

“I wouldn’t bet on it, I would not bet on him attending, at least that first Fox News debate. If I had to put money on it, you know, it’s Trump so he could change his mind but that was my feeling,” Kelly said.

Kelly said that going through adversity can demonstrate that individuals have the ability to change and repair relationships.

During the first presidential debate in 2015, Kelly directed a comment at Trump about his derogatory remarks towards women. She listed his insults such as “fat pigs, dogs, slobs, and disgusting animals.” Trump clarified that he only said those things about Rosie O’Donnell. However, he continued to make snarky comments towards Kelly afterwards.

Mike, great work. I applaud your efforts enormously because I presently make more than $36,000 each month from just one straightforward online company! You may begin creating a steady online income with as little as $29,000, and these are only the most basic internet operations jobs.

Sigmund Freud is quoted as saying, “The first man to hurl an insult instead of a stone was the inventor of civilization.” The ancient Greek philosopher Socrates brought the human race a lot further along with his development of the art of debate using logical arguments. Now here we are more than 24 centuries later and we’re back to “square one” with the so-called leaders of the country, not being able to, or not being willing to articulate a coherent argument to support their case. Good grief! The culture has been set back intellectually more than 2,500 years.
